Celeste Hubbard-Breen has spent twenty years inside the rooms where brands are made — and unmade. As a brand manager, head of accounts, agency president, and studio founder, she has led the work that moves culture, built the teams that execute it, and sat at every seat at the table. She knows what each one sees. And more importantly, what each one misses.
Her career spans the industry's most consequential agencies and accounts. At 72andSunny, she managed global campaigns for Target, Starbucks, Sonos, and the LA 2024 Olympic bid — inside one of the most creatively awarded agencies in the world. At Chemistry, she led Atlanta United FC through an inaugural season, a championship, and record-breaking attendance — and produced Netflix's first agency-led campaign, a 62-hour live stream for the Breaking Bad film, El Camino. At Mother, she helped Sonic walk away from two decades of its signature campaign and introduce a brand new face to its most loyal consumers. At WPP/Ogilvy, she led the North American division of the Coca-Cola account — 200 people, five agencies, and the Vitamin Water relaunch directed by Spike Lee.
Beyond the agency world, she founded The Factor Studios, produced events for WNBA legends Candace Parker, Sue Bird, and Sheryl Swoopes, brought Olympic champion Allyson Felix and Maria Sharapova to the Cannes Lions Festival, and has worked alongside some of the most recognizable names in sport, entertainment, and culture.
